Your Right to Cancel (Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods.

How to Return Items

1. Contact Us: Email info@wrmonline.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return the Goods: You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

3. Condition: Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

4. Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

Refunds

We will refund the price of the goods and standard delivery charges within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Trade Customer Returns

Trade customers may return unused products within 30 days, subject to approval and a possible restocking fee.

All trade returns require prior authorization. Contact us before returning any goods.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

If goods are faulty or we sent you the wrong item, we will arrange collection and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Please report any faults or errors as soon as possible after delivery.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom-ordered or specially manufactured items
  • Cut-to-length products
  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Goods damaged through misuse or negligence

These exclusions do not apply if the goods are faulty.
